Mission
The Spot is a community-driven local food and ag initiative aimed at bridging the gap between small farmers and local consumers. We provide a vibrant space where farmers can sell their produce without sacrificing their profits, while also creating a fun and engaging environment for the community to access fresh, local food.
Mission
As small farmers ourselves, we understand only too well the challenges around bringing your products to market. Traditional strategies mean spending lots of money, giving up margin, and (most painful) sacrificing time.
We have created the spot to help small farmers and food producers gain access to customers without having to give up retail margins, staff a booth all the time, or spend time and money building a direct marketing program.
By combining a flat rate retail opportunity to farmers and food producers with a cafe and community event center, our vendors get the opportunity to stock their own shelves, set their own prices, and take advantage of The Spot's shared customer base, staff, and POS systems!
